10 little things that make us feel good.
by BlancaShare
It's finally rained this autumn. And to keep the blues away, we've made a list of 10 little things that make us feel good.

At Skinvity, we like to feel good —that's no secret. That's why we surround ourselves with great technology. But of course, we don't live on femtech wellness alone. We also strive to improve in other ways that nourish the soul and tip the scales toward the delightful side of happiness. The kind that comes from the little things. Small or big, depending on how you look at it.
Here's our collective contribution in the form of simple micro-habits with amazing results. These are suggestions that the whole team has added to a shared list. We love random lists, coffee breaks, and collaborative learning.
10 little things that make us feel good.
1. Start a facial yoga routine. Because in addition to helping you have firmer, brighter, and fresher skin for longer, it has been shown to have a positive effect on your mood.
2. Use a planner. Whether digital or physical, bringing order to your daily life brings, above all, peace. This means the absence of overwhelm, of that overwhelming feeling of not being able to do everything . Planners help you put all the pieces of the puzzle together.
3. Get up earlier. And if you manage to watch the sunrise, even better. The beauty and power of that sight will stay with you for the rest of the day. And it will make up for getting up early.
4. Go to therapy. It's another learning experience, and this one directly affects our inner selves. If we pursue a master's degree to enhance our CV, why not do the same to improve our ability to manage our own conflicts or control stress?
5. Listen to at least one song a day. It's a gift, a fleeting yet intense pleasure. And it couldn't be easier. At Skinvity, we listen to wonderful music like this.

6. Set small daily goals, without overwhelming yourself. Sometimes the Sisyphus effect—that feeling of never getting anywhere and always returning to the starting point—comes because we set overly ambitious, unrealistic goals. It's better to climb that mountain little by little, enjoying the views along the way. At each stop/goal, take a sip of a cocktail.
7. Call those people you never call. You have them, we know. We do too. Hearing their surprised voice on the other end of the line is a real treat.
8. Establish a reading habit. Something we all have in common at Skinvity is that, despite being avid readers, we're reading less and less. Our solution: set aside time that fits your routine and (gently) commit to spending 25 minutes with an extraordinary story.
9. Dive into the podcast universe. Why? Because if you haven't already, it's a whole world waiting to be explored. And exploring is a fascinating word. Because it's an enjoyment you control; you can get hooked on many at once and switch between them depending on your mood. We recommend a fantastic one: Cristina Mitre 's podcast, one of the most powerful and interesting independent podcasts in Spanish. What's it about? Everything.
10. Get rid of the things you don't need. But do it the Marie Kondo way, which is much more profound and positive: "We should choose what we want to keep, not what we want to get rid of." Bravo.
This list of 10 little things that make us feel good is our humble contribution to your everyday well-being. We hope that following it (in whole or in part) helps you as much as it helps us.
