Shipping policy
1. How much are the shipping costs?
Spain
We ship to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands.
We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping is free for all orders over:
- €49 for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.
- €99 for Canary Islands.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements, the shipping costs are:
- €3.99 for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.
- €9.90 for Canary Islands.
International
We ship throughout Europe.
Shipping is free for all orders over €99.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements, the shipping cost is €7.99.
2. When will I receive my order?
Spain
The average delivery time is:
- 49€ para España peninsular y Baleares.
- 24 to 48 hours for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.
- 5 days for Canary Islands.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 7–10 days.
International
The average delivery time is 5 days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 7–10 days.
Please note that if you place your order during the weekend, we will not be able to process it until the next working day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Delivery times refer to working days.
During holidays or special dates such as Christmas, Black Friday, national holidays, launches, and campaigns, we cannot guarantee delivery within the periods specified above, as they may be longer due to the high volume of shipments. We also cannot guarantee these deadlines in cases such as strikes or national stoppages.
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We recommend that you carefully check your address before placing the order, since once it is placed you cannot modify the details. Any additional information that facilitates access for the courier will be welcome.

4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from SKINVITY informing you that your order is ready, and an email from our logistics company with the link to track your order online so you can know its status at any time.
