What options do I have when returning or exchanging a product?
If you have changed your mind, you have 30 calendar days from receipt to return your item(s). Please remember it is essential that the item is new and unused, with all original accessories, gifts, packaging, and manufacturer seals intact in order to receive a full refund.
In accordance with current regulations, for safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept products that have been opened or used.
Steps to follow:

indicating your intention to return the item, the order number, and the invoice (you can find it on the SKINVITY website, in your personal area, under My Orders).

SKINVITY does not cover the cost of returning items to our headquarters.
Once the item is received, we will proceed to inspect it. If it is found to be damaged, stained, opened, used, or in an unsuitable condition, the return will be rejected and we will send it back to the address provided in the purchase.
You will receive an email confirming the status of the return and refund.
If shipping charges were applied, SKINVITY will not refund the shipping costs when processing the refund, as these are borne by the buyer.
