What are the delivery times?

Delivery typically takes 48 to 72 hours, although in months like July and August it can take up to a week. If you place an order on a Saturday morning, we won't process it until Monday.

Are shipping costs free?

Shipping is free for orders over 50 euros.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands and other countries?

We ship to the Canary Islands.


Please note that these shipments are made using DPA mode, so customs and/or customs management costs not included in the price may apply and must be borne by the customer.

What payment methods do you have?

You can pay by card, Bizum or Paypal.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments; we have that option with Aplázame.

Can I change or return my order?

Yes, you can return it within 15 days, as long as it is unopened and unsealed.

I received a product and it's damaged or doesn't work, what should I do?

If you have received a device and it is not working properly, please keep it in its original packaging and write to us at info@skinvity.com explaining the problem in detail. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with photos or videos showing the damage or malfunction.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Skinvity is an ecommerce site; we only sell online through this website and our social media channels.

Can the devices be used with other beauty treatments?

It depends on the device. You can check the FAQ for each device to be sure.
