SKINVITY at Selfridges London: cosmetic technology you can use at home is now available at the best retailer in the world
by BelénShare
If you've ever looked for clinic-level results without having to make appointments, travel, or pay for repeated sessions, you've probably come to one conclusion: most devices out there don't live up to their promises.
That was precisely the question that gave birth to SKINVITY in 2020. And the answer we've been building for five years – devices with real clinical backing, technology that previously only existed in specialized centers, accessible from home – has just received very concrete recognition: being in Selfridges London.
What happened on May 12th in London
Selfridges' Brasserie of Light was the setting for SKINVITY's official launch in the British market. A double event: a press breakfast in the morning and a lunch with influencers in the afternoon, presented in person by Blanca Miñano, CEO and founder of SKINVITY.
The day's format was not by chance. At SKINVITY, we believe that technology only convinces when experienced. That's why all guests had the opportunity to try each device live before visiting the brand's permanent space on Selfridges' technology floor.
Among those attending the press breakfast were: Antonia Lenon, Bethan King, Maisie Bovingdon, Kirsty Dale, Sophia Charalambous, Becky Pomfret, Natalia Kulak, Tracy Achonwa, Hattie Parish, Jo Cent, Aleesha Badkar, Lili Cavaliere, and Gregory Robinson. Influencer lunch attendees included Aimee Isabella, Amelia Taylor, Jamie Rockers, Mia Mague, Dr Pyal, Tia De Haan, Emily Pearl, Lily Bayliss, Lou Northcote, and Cara Downton.
Why Selfridges — and why now
Selfridges is not just any retail outlet. It is one of the most influential retail spaces in the world and has one of the most demanding selection criteria for beauty and technology brands. For SKINVITY, being present in Selfridges is confirmation that Spanish cosmetic technology has a place in the world's most rigorous markets.
The launch in London occurs simultaneously with SKINVITY's presence in KaDeWe Berlin, consolidating the brand's expansion into leading department stores on the European continent. SKINVITY currently operates in over 20 markets, is present on Amazon in 10 European countries, and is distributed in the Middle East through FACES.
Devices available at Selfridges: cosmetic technology for home use
These are the six SKINVITY devices available on the technology floor of Selfridges London.
Silicone LED Mask — LED phototherapy for face, neck, and décolletage
Over 650 LED diodes with 219 triple chips emitting at five simultaneous wavelengths: 630nm red, 470nm blue, 830nm infrared, 930nm infrared, and 1072nm deep infrared. Irradiance of 30 mW/cm², far exceeding any consumer device on the market.
Each wavelength acts on a different biological function: red stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis; blue has antibacterial action and regulates sebum; infrared penetrates deep tissue layers to activate cell regeneration and mitochondrial biostimulation. 1072nm offers the deepest penetration available in any home-use device.
Clinical results in 8 weeks in independent laboratory tests with women over 40: +30% firmness, +19% elasticity, +12% dermal thickness, −20.3% nasolabial wrinkle depth, −15.6% forehead wrinkles, −12% frown lines, and −18.6% pigmentation.
PressTech — Professional pneumatic pressotherapy for home use
Ergonomic pant design with 6 independent pneumatic chambers working from the ankles to the abdomen, glutes, and groin — key lymphatic system areas that other devices ignore. Adjustable pressure from 30 to 260 mmHg and 6 programmable compression modes.
Activates lymphatic drainage, improves venous return, and eliminates fluid retention and toxins. Results from the first session: lighter legs, less heaviness, real well-being.
TELVA Beauty Award 2025 and Universal Beauty Awards 2026 for Best Body Device.
TriPollar Aura — Multi-radiofrequency and facial muscle activation
Combines multi-radiofrequency and DMA (Dynamic Muscle Activation) to work simultaneously on the skin and facial muscles, plus 630nm red LED for additional cell regeneration. Reaches up to 43°C — the optimal temperature for collagen stimulation — with 1,000 temperature readings per second for maximum precision and safety.
Clinical results in 28 days: +30.18% elasticity, +28.59% dermal density, +14.81% firmness, and −22.10% forehead wrinkles.
TriPollar ENVIG Edge — Fractional radiofrequency for home use
The first and only fractional radiofrequency device available for home use. Based on Lumenis' patented A3F technology, a global leader in medical aesthetics and FDA-approved. Creates precise thermal micro-zones from 200 to 400 microns that eliminate damaged cells and stimulate deep dermal renewal simultaneously. No gel. No wires. 3 minutes per zone.
Results in 56 days: −30% wrinkles, −38% pigmentation spots, +20% collagen density, and +23% texture improvement.
TriPollar POSE VX — Body remodeling with multi-radiofrequency and DMA
Combines multi-radiofrequency and DMA to work simultaneously on skin and muscles in the abdomen, thighs, glutes, and arms. Immediate tightening effect from the first session.
Clinical results in 28 days: −6.20% waist circumference, −6.18% upper arm, −4.79% thighs. 100% of participants experienced visible improvements. 100% would recommend it. 0% adverse effects.
Infrared LED Mat — Full-body photobiomodulation
SKINVITY's own manufactured photobiomodulation mat. Emits at three wavelengths — 630nm red, 830nm NIR, and 1072nm NIR-II — in 20-minute sessions with automatic shut-off. Direct skin contact for maximum uniform irradiance across the body.
Six axes of action: cellular energy and ATP production, inflammatory regulation, structural firmness through collagen and elastin synthesis, microcirculation and detoxification, post-exercise muscle recovery, and improvement of sleep quality and circadian rhythm.
How SKINVITY technology works: the scientific basis
SKINVITY devices act on verified biological mechanisms, not superficial effects. These are the three main ones:
LED and infrared phototherapy — light emitted at specific wavelengths is absorbed by cellular photoreceptors, activating mitochondrial ATP production and stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis from the deepest tissue layers.
Radiofrequency — the controlled heat generated by RF raises dermal temperature to levels that stimulate the contraction and remodeling of existing collagen and activate new collagen production. In the case of ENVIG Edge, fractional RF creates micro-zones of controlled thermal damage that trigger a more intense and deep repair response.
Pneumatic pressotherapy — programmed sequential compression activates the lymphatic system, improves venous return, and promotes the elimination of accumulated fluids and toxins in the tissue.
Verified results: what the studies say
All clinical results for SKINVITY devices come from independent studies. They are not marketing estimates or projections.
The Silicone LED Mask was tested in an independent laboratory with women over 40 for 8 weeks, with measurable results in firmness, elasticity, dermal thickness, wrinkle depth, and pigmentation. The TriPollar ENVIG Edge uses A3F technology developed and validated by Lumenis, FDA-approved for clinical use and adapted for home use. The TriPollar POSE VX was tested in a study where 100% of participants experienced visible improvements in 28 days with no adverse effects recorded.
