For your complete peace of mind, every service is performed by authorized Femtechnology SL technicians, guaranteeing that your device is treated to the highest quality standards. Your only task is to keep your receipt or invoice; we'll take care of everything else so you can focus on shining.

So that your device is always with you

The warranty is our promise of quality, but please remember that it does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents: Bumps, falls or improper handling.
  • Use outside of manual: Use it in ways not recommended or store it in conditions that may damage it.
  • Unauthorized hands: If the device is opened or repaired by someone other than SKINVITY, the warranty will be void.
  • The passage of time: Natural wear and tear from regular use.
