SKINVITY x Farma2Go Giveaway - Legal Terms and Conditions

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
 The entities organizing the draw are Femtechnology SL (hereinafter SKINVITY) and Parafarma2go SL (hereinafter Farma2Go) .

2. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW
 The purpose of this raffle is to promote SKINVITY brand products.
 One (1) SKINVITY brand product will be raffled among all people who correctly register using the form available on the website [ https://skinvity.com/pages/suscripcion-skinvity-farma2go ] by leaving their email address.

3. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE
The draw is valid for people residing in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands .
 The participation period will be from October 13th to October 20th. at 23:59h in 2025.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
 All individuals over the age of 18 who are eligible to participate may do so.

  • They reside in Spanish territory (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
  • Fill out the form available on the SKINVITY website, leaving your valid email address.
  • Please accept these legal terms and the privacy policy.

Employees of the organizing entities, their immediate family members, and professional agencies or collaborators may not participate.

5. SELECTION OF THE WINNER
Once the draw period has ended, SKINVITY will randomly select the winner using an automated draw system.
 A substitute person will also be designated in case the winner does not respond or does not meet the requirements.

6. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
 The winner will be notified by email to the address provided in the form, within a maximum of 7 business days after the end of the draw.
 If no response is received within 5 calendar days , the prize will be awarded to the alternate.
 If the substitute cannot be contacted either, the prize may be declared void.

7. PRIZE
The prize consists of a SKINVITY product of the winner's choice .
 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
 SKINVITY reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value in case of lack of stock or force majeure.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
 In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the personal data of the participants will be processed by SKINVITY for the purpose of managing participation in the draw and, in the case of express consent, for sending commercial communications and promotions of the brand.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation and portability by sending an email to info@skinvity.com indicating in the subject “Data Protection – Giveaway”.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 Participation in this raffle implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions . SKINVITY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle for justified reasons or force majeure, without giving rise to any claims by the participants.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
 These terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
 For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid , unless applicable law provides otherwise.
