How does the skin tone sensor work?

Our exclusive smart skin sensor automatically offers safe and optimal treatments tailored to your skin tone. When the tone sensors are placed on the area to be treated, the blue light emitted by the sensors reflects off your skin. The device not only detects if your skin is suitable for treatment, but also adjusts the energy applied to your specific tone to safely maximize results.

How long does the SmoothSkin Pure Mini device last?

SmoothSkin Pure Mini has unlimited flashes, so you'll never run out.

My SmoothSkin Pure Mini isn't working?

Make sure the power supply is plugged in. Check that the skin tone sensor is fully flat against the skin. SmoothSkin Pure Mini will not activate if it detects a skin tone unsuitable for treatment.

Review the skin tone chart at the beginning of your user guide. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.

Is there a bubble, slight blackening, or cloudy appearance on the lamp – is this normal?

This is completely normal. The lamp is designed with high quality standards and has passed rigorous controls. This does not affect the output power.

Should there be glass in the treatment window?

No, there should be no glass in contact with the skin. The glass filter is integrated inside the device.

How should I clean the device?

Clean it carefully with a soft, dry cloth and make sure the glass filter is not damaged after each use. The device head (the gold or silver part) can be removed. Consult the user guide for more information.

Is a burning smell during use normal?

A burning smell during use may indicate that the treatment area has not been prepared correctly. The skin should be completely shaved, clean, and dry.

If hair is not completely removed, the front of the device may be damaged. IPL technology uses heat to achieve hair removal. If visible hair remains above the skin surface, it may burn during treatment with your SmoothSkin device.

My SmoothSkin Pure Mini is slowing down while I'm using it. Should I be concerned?

Not at all. SmoothSkin Pure Mini incorporates a powerful fan to cool the electrical components, and sometimes the device may slow down slightly to allow the fan to work effectively.

How do I switch between comfort modes?

Power Mode is the default setting when you switch on the device. You can activate Gentle Mode by pressing the feather icon button located below the main activation button.

You can also use your SmoothSkin Pure Mini in Stamp Mode to treat small areas or in Glide Mode to quickly treat larger areas.

  • Stamp Mode is activated by pressing the SS button once.
  • Glide Mode is activated by holding the SS button firmly pressed while gliding the device over the treatment area.

The device will flash continuously for ultra-fast and even treatment.

How do I clean the precision head?

Clean it carefully with a soft, dry cloth. Refer to the user guide for more information.

Can I use the device while pregnant?

No, the device should not be used during pregnancy.
