Pick a comfortable spot, turn on your music and let the party begin.

1. As the wise woman you are, you should read the manual from cover to cover and set aside some time to go through your routine in peace and quiet.
2. With your skin clean and dry, spread a thin but generous layer of preparatory gel on the area to be treated (it's best to go in sections).
3. Switch on the device, press the power button and activate the technology of your choice: radiofrequency alone or combined with DMA. There are two power levels. If it's your first time, start with the lowest setting.
4. Choose the area to be treated and make sure that all the electrodes are in contact with your skin. Start with circular movements on a small area. When this area reaches the ideal temperature, a beep sounds and an orange light comes on.
5. Increase the diameter. It is important that the orange light is active as much as possible and stay on each area for about 5 minutes.
6. When finished, wipe the device with a dry cloth and store it carefully until the next session. All that's left to do is to remove the radiofrequency gel from your face, use your favourite moisturiser and enjoy your smooth, firm skin. Uncorking a bottle of wine is also a good way to finish the routine.
7. You can use it two to three times a week for eight to ten weeks and then maintenance once or twice a month.

Recommended for use 3 times per week for 6-8 weeks for optimal results, then 2-4 times per month or as desired. Results appear from 3 minutes per area, 6-8 minutes for full facial to 15-20 minutes.

What the manufacturer says is to use it 2 to 3 times a week for 6 to 8 weeks for optimal results. After that, a maintenance of 2 to 4 times a month is sufficient, although if you want to keep the rhythm of 2 to 3 times a week, it would not be a problem. We call it maintenance, but you can call it "desired appointment" or "my favourite time".

Chances are, when you see the flash effect, you'll be tempted to use it every day, but remember to take a day off. One trick if you're short on time is to use it only on the area you're interested in (e.g. cheekbones). And the next day you do the rest of the face and complete.

TriPollar STOP Vx2 is recommended for use on the face and neck, avoiding the trachea area. You can stretch it up to the décolleté but without reaching the chest. Its use in other areas does not ensure an optimal result.

TriPollar STOP Vx2 cannot be used during pregnancy. However, in the postpartum period it is ideal as a companion for fatigue (fatigue is literal).
